Camping Fee
There is a $5 camping fee total per person over 7 years old for the event, if they are camping.
Meals
There will be some meals available for purchase at the event. Please watch this Meals Information page. Please email Lady Mia Mousetower with any questions. If you are interested in coordinating a meal during LEAFS, please reach out to Lady Mia.
SCORES Event Registration:
Deadline to pre-register is 04/20/2025.
If you need any modification, cancellation, or have an issue with your SCORES reservation, please email EVENTS@sca.org.
Mail In Registration:
Checks can be sent as pre-registration payment if you elect not to pay through SCORES. Checks should be made out to: SCA, Inc. MD Barony of Highland Foorde.

No checks will be accepted after 04/20/2025.
No mail in registrations using cash will be accepted per Society guidelines.
Refund Requests:
The Exchequer, Lady Adele Lochlane, must receive refund requests in writing no later than five days after the event ends per Kingdom approved guidelines. If the reservation was canceled on SCORES, please send your written refund request to assist the Exchequer in completing accurate refund requests. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared.
Late arrivals:
Please plan to arrive by 2 pm on Saturday, April 26. If you plan to arrive after that, please coordinate with our Reservationist for trolling in.
